Tents and accessories are only to be used indoors. Tents should not be moved from the area in which they have been set-up.

DAMAGES

The Client is responsible for the security of the equipment at all times during the rental period. Any lost, broken, damaged or destroyed equipment will be charged to the Client at full replacement value. Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Glamping Tent Company will result in assessment of charges and billing to the Client. (i.e. no markers, food or drink inside tents). See equipment price list for more information. There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the air mattress. Please no jumping on air mattresses and no sitting/standing on tray tables. Pets and smoking are not permitted in tent area.

 

DEPOSITS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours PRIOR to your event. Failure to pay 48 hours prior will result in cancellation of your party. Your party is not booked until your deposit has been paid and party agreement has been reviewed. You may not add additional tents or subtract any within 2 weeks of scheduled party date. We will not be responsible for inadequate space for tents or cancelled guests. 

 

Standard hire is typically overnight. If you wish to rent the tents for an additional night, this can be arranged. It is half price of the original amount per night.

The Glamping Tent Co. does not refund any cancellations, events must be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, we will be happy to offer you the next available date.

SAFETY PROCEDURES

All necessary items (sheets, blankets trays, etc.) are laundered and sanitized, wiped down with either disinfectant wipes or sprayed before use.

LIABILITIES TO THIRD PARTIES

Glamping Tent Company assumes no responsibility or liability for any claim for personal injury, death, accidents, loss or damage to the property. Insurance is the Client’s responsibility during the rental period. In the event of damage or loss of Glamping Tent Company’s inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Glamping Tent Company is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the rental equipment, menu, fabrics, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the Client.

 

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT & AGREEMENT

Glamping Tent Company has provided this account of our policies and terms of service with the assumption that you have read and agreed to our policies before signing the party agreement. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the above policies BEFORE reserving your party. 

 

PHOTOGRAPHY

Should you agree that Glamping Tent Company may photograph your event in the party agreement, Glamping Tent Company reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Glamping Tent Company, in perpetuity, and for other use by Glamping Tent Company. However, we respect your privacy and should you not like your party photographed, we will refrain from doing so or photograph within your stipulations.
